All in all, this hotel met my expectations.

The staff on reception and in the bar were always very helpful, they answered questions organized taxi's, helped find distinations and made my first stay in the area a lot easier etc...
I found that the hotel was to far from the city and some night life.

The breakfast was diverse and appetizing, offering both continental and hot options. The indoor pool and sauna were a great way to relax during the chilly winter season.
The location of the hotel was not central, requiring a car or public transportation to get around. The building appeared to be dated and in need of some renovations.

I liked the pleasant staff, the good service, and the locatioin of the hotel.
Two things stood out. Apparently it is very hot in Kiel in the summer. It would be good to have fans either in the ceiling or to plug in on a desk or table to help circulate the air. Just opening windows does not help. Also, the curtains in our rooms fell down, and only one room had blinds to block the sun and no curtains for privacy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money is excellent. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location, although in a relatively industrial area, is actually quite convenient. It is close to the Baltic Sea beaches and situated in a neighborhood that is partly industrial, which adds a unique charm to the surroundings. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a huge sofa and a comfortable double bed. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Everything was fine.

The place of the hotel is close to Kiel Olympic center
The internet. There was no wifi connections in the room. The connection is very low . I was barely connected to Internet. With their price they should have decent connection to internet

Ideal for a business traveller with car, free and safe garage parking, no heavy traffic, also close to Kiel airport.
The spa bath in the suite did not work. Major disappointment. The restaurant was a franchise, payment was demanded at the end of the meal, this was not advised in advance. No wine list available, only table wine. Swimming pool changing rooms are too small, only room for one person.
